Successful sale of the Faedra22 logistics park

We sold Faedra22, our second successfully completed modern, energy-efficient industrial logistics project, as planned. We will continue our development in other locations.

Located in the southern region of Budapest’s logistics market, the 16,600 sqm warehouse and office building is located at the junction of the M0 and M6 motorways. The building has achieved an energy rating of A+, in addition to the BREEAM Very Good rating. The occupancy rate reached 100 percent at the time of handover, after which a German investor decided to buy from among several potential buyers.

“This is the second successfully completed industrial logistics project in our group, and we will continue our development in this asset class in other locations,” said Bence Boronkay, founder-owner of Faedra Group.

“The sale of the Faedra22 logistics park took place in a competitive and priced environment, which can be seen as a turning point in terms of the price decrease perceived on the logistics market, which was at the same time more moderate compared to other assets”, added Bence Vécsey, Director of Capital Markets at Colliers Capital Markets, the company that handled the sale.
