Faedra Group is a wholly Hungarian privately owned real estate development group.

Our group of companies develops buildings with different functions, from design to construction and sale. Our clients include families buying a home, investors, as well as industrial and logistics companies.

Through our investment fund manager, we deliver attractive returns to private and institutional investors through our real estate development projects.

As a member of the Faedra Group, Faedra Fund Management Ltd., licensed by the MNB, provides real estate investment opportunities with attractive returns to private and institutional investors through closed-end real estate funds.

Faedra Fund III, managed by Faedra Fund Management has signed a credit agreement exceeding HUF 10 billion with UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. to finance two residential development projects in Budapest - marking a significant expansion of the partnership between the two companies.

The Faedra Team

He holds a degree in economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in corporate finance, partly from the University of Southern California. After experience as an industrial contractor, he has been Managing Director of Faedra Group since 2015, founder and CEO of the group’s development and construction companies, and creator of projects.

Nikolett holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Budapest School of Economics. She has more than 10 years of experience in fund management, during which time she has worked for securities and real estate fund managers (including Aegon, Diófa, Futureal Group and Wing Group). She spent 6 years in various middle management positions. Currently, she the CEO of Faedra Fund Management Ltd.

Previously, Máté gained asset management experience with an institutional background at IVG and ERSTE Asset Management. From 2020, he was the Director of Capital Allocation for Prologis Hungary, where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of more than 110 hectares of land transactions and more than 60,000 m2 of real estate development. From 2024, he will be the Director of Business Development and Investment of Faedra Group as a Partner.

Máté Szoboszlay

He holds a Master’s degree in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest. He started his career at DTZ Central and Eastern Europe Investment Department in Budapest in 2006. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, he was Co-Director of DTZ Poland. From 2012 until 2025, he is Capital Markets Director at Colliers Hungary. He has completed nearly 100 commercial real estate investments worth EUR 2 billion. He is currently Investment and Capital Markets Director of Faedra Group.
