We are the Faedra

Faedra Group is a wholly Hungarian privately owned real estate development group.

Our group of companies develops buildings with different functions, from design to construction and sale. Our clients include families buying a home, investors, as well as industrial and logistics companies.

Through our investment fund manager, we deliver attractive returns to private and institutional investors through our real estate development projects.

As a member of the Faedra Group, Faedra Fund Management Ltd., licensed by the MNB, provides real estate investment opportunities with attractive returns to private and institutional investors through closed-end real estate funds.

Faedra Group is pleased to announce that Liget Villa has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Residential Park of the Year 2025 awards, in the Planned Residential Park of the Year (1–100 units) category.
Over the course of the past few years, Faedra Homes, the residential development branch of Faedra Group, has built its distinctive market position in Budapest on a foundation of consistent, long-term thinking.
In 2026, Faedra Group will join MIPIM – the world’s largest and most prestigious international real estate exhibition – as an exhibitor in Cannes from March 9–13.

Management

The Faedra Team

He graduated with a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, specializing in corporate finance, and completed part of his studies at the University of Southern California. After gaining experience as an industrial contractor, he became managing director of Faedra Group in 2015, founding and managing the group’s development and construction companies and creating its projects. He has been the Investment Director of Faedra Fund Management since 2022.

Nikolett holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Budapest School of Economics. Nikolett holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Budapest College of Economics. She has more than 10 years of experience in fund management, during which time he worked for securities and real estate fund managers (including Aegon, Diófa, Futureal Group, and Wing Group’s fund managements). She spent 6 years in various middle management positions. Currently, she the CEO of Faedra Fund Management Ltd.

Nikolett Majorosi

He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and his professional background was laid at IVG and ERSTE Asset Management. From 2020, as Capital Allocation Director of Prologis Hungary, he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of more than 110 hectares of land transactions and a development portfolio of more than 60 000 sqm. In 2024, he joined Faedra Group as a partner. From 2026, he is responsible for implementing the group’s strategy as Chief Operating Officer.

Máté Szoboszlay

He holds a Master’s degree in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest. He started his career at DTZ Central and Eastern Europe Investment Department in Budapest in 2006. Subsequently, he was Co-Director of DTZ Poland from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 until 2025, he was Capital Markets Director at Colliers Hungary, where he completed nearly 100 commercial real estate investments worth €2 billion. In 2025, he joined Faedra Group as Partner and Investment and Capital Markets Director.
