We are Faedra

Faedra Group is a wholly Hungarian privately-owned real estate development group.

Our consortium of companies specializes in developing buildings with diverse functionalities, encompassing the entire process from design to construction and eventual sale. Our clientele spans from individual families seeking residential properties to investors and industrial firms alike.

He holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, with a major in corporate finance, and studied part-time at the University of Southern California. Since 2015 he has been Managing Director of Faedra Group, co-founder and Managing Director of the group’s development and construction companies and project companies.

He has more than 10 years of experience in fund management, during which time he has worked for securities and real estate fund managers (including Aegon, Diófa, Futureal Group and Wing Group). He spent 6 years in various middle management positions. Currently, Faedra Fund Management Ltd. CEO.

Nikolett Majorosi

With more than a decade of experience in portfolio management and transactions, he was previously with Erste Asset Management and later part of the team at IVG Hungary Kft. From 2020 he was Director of Capital Allocation at Prologis, where he transacted more than 100 hectares of land.
