We are the Faedra

Faedra Group is a wholly Hungarian privately owned real estate development group.

Our group of companies develops buildings with different functions, from design to construction and sale. Our clients range from families buying a home to investors and industrial companies.

Máté Szoboszlay, Partner at Faedra Group will also participate in the 2024 Portfolio Property X Conference on 30 May. The theme that will be explored with the panelists will be current trends in the industrial and logistics sector and the outlook for 2024.

The Faedra Team

Bence holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, with a major in corporate finance, and studied part-time at the University of Southern California. Since 2015 he has been Managing Director of Faedra Group, co-founder and Managing Director of the group’s development and construction companies and project companies. He has managed several condominium and industrial park developments.

Nikolett holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Budapest School of Economics. She has more than 10 years of experience in fund management, during which time she has worked for securities and real estate fund managers (including Aegon, Diófa, Futureal Group and Wing Group). She spent 6 years in various middle management positions. Currently, CEO of Faedra Fund Management Ltd.

Previously, Máté gained asset management experience with an institutional background at IVG and ERSTE Asset Management. From 2020, he was the Director of Capital Allocation for Prologis Hungary, where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of more than 110 hectares of land transactions and more than 60,000 m2 of real estate development. From 2024, he will be the Director of Business Development and Investment of Faedra Group as a Partner.
