Work has started on the Sunflower Housing Park after the necessary permits were obtained. In the first phase, the excavations and utility trenches will be completed so that, once they have subsided, the site can be handed over to the reinforced concrete structure builders. The apartment building is built in a so-called pillar frame construction, which allows for flexible changes in the position of the internal partition walls.
