Welcome

Since the founding of our company in 2015, my goal has been to make Faedra Group a reliable real estate developer, based on the principle of progressive development, whose defining credo is the importance of the word, which is only complemented by writing.

I believe that without partnerships, this cannot be achieved, so no matter what chapter of our story we were in, this was universally true for our subcontractors from the very beginning in 2015, as a fledgling residential developer, and later from 2018 for our banks that financed us as we grew in scale. It was also true of our Investors, who placed their trust in us in 2019 and have gradually increased their investments since then, and of the Partners who have gradually taken up key positions in the management of our Group since 2022. But it was also true – for our core community – for our colleagues, or even for the service providers, legal, sales, accounting and advisory partners who accompanied us along the way.

This will remain true for all those who will continue to shape the future development of our Group, and to whom we will give our word by shaking hands in whatever field. I believe that there is no other way.

As an owner, I strive for and believe that a company should achieve predictable, realistic but continuous milestones in its life that set the pace of its development if it believes deeply in what it is building its competences on.
