The prestigious, more than 400-page study volume is one of the most important scientific and professional publications of the Hungarian logistics sector, in which 27 articles have been published. The 2025 issue focuses on current challenges, future trends and sharing practical experience in logistics.
Máté Szoboszlay’s paper, “Urban logistics development through the eyes of a developer”, was published in the volume and examines the impacts and opportunities of city logistics real estate on business processes. The paper provides a practical perspective on how these developments can become an integral part of future urban operations, and what challenges and new opportunities developers face in such a specialised market segment.
The Logistics Yearbook has been published again this year with a DOI number, making it a useful and reference resource not only for the professional audience, but also for students in higher education. The aim of the publication is to provide an opportunity for domestic logistics researchers, engineers, economists and industry players to publish and share knowledge.
For Faedra Group, it is of paramount importance to actively participate in the professional discourse, especially on topics that link real estate development with the evolving needs and technological trends in logistics.
