During the presentation, Máté Szoboszlay presented in detail Faedra Group’s latest warehouse development projects, with a special focus on solutions that emphasize sustainability and cost efficiency. The financing environment for speculative developments was also a key topic, exploring not only the current market challenges but also the long-term opportunities.
During the interactive discussion, participants asked a number of pertinent questions, indicating the increased interest in the sector and the growing demand for warehouse developments.
