About the Project
Faedra Group’s new retail development – MyRA Park M3 – is located 30 km from Budapest, just off the M3 motorway exit at Bagh.
The Myra Park M3 project started at the end of 2025 and is expected to open in autumn 2026.
The aim of the project is to provide modern, easily accessible shopping and recreational facilities for the population of the settlements around Aszód and for the traffic passing through the M3 motorway.
