About the Project

The Faedra Group’s new retail development, MyRA Park M3, will be located in the Bag area, at exit 37 of the M3 motorway. The project started at the end of 2025 and is expected to be fully delivered by October 2026.

The project aims to create a modern, easily accessible service centre for local residents and transit traffic.
