Faedra Group partners with Woodapest to support Budapest’s urban greening efforts

Faedra Group has entered into a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Woodapest, supporting the natural revitalisation of Budapest through long-term tree planting and urban greening initiatives.

As part of the partnership, members of the Faedra team will support and participate in multiple planting programmes each year across various districts of Budapest, contributing to the expansion of urban green spaces and helping create a healthier, more liveable city environment.

About Woodapest

Founded to support the greening of Budapest through community-based tree planting initiatives, Woodapest has become one of the city’s recognised civic environmental movements, organising planting events and urban revitalisation programmes across the capital. The organisation’s mission focuses on increasing urban biodiversity, strengthening climate resilience and encouraging community participation in shaping greener public spaces.

FACE Programme

The collaboration forms part of the company’s broader ESG and CSR ambitions under the Faedra FACE programme — an initiative established to support community-driven, environmental and social projects that create measurable long-term impact beyond real estate development.

At Faedra Group, sustainability is viewed not only through the lens of energy-efficient buildings and responsible urban development, but also through active participation in the communities and environments where the company operates. The partnership with Woodapest reflects this long-term approach by combining local engagement with tangible environmental action.

We believe that corporate responsibility only creates meaningful change when approached consistently and over the long term. Through the Faedra FACE programme and our partnership with Woodapest, we aim to contribute actively to a greener and more sustainable Budapest.
