Together, the projects will deliver nearly 250 new homes over the coming years, bringing the company’s total residential development pipeline to more than 400 units.
The new developments are located in well-connected urban districts of Budapest and have been designed to respond to the needs of contemporary city living, from smart inner-city apartments to larger homes created for long-term residential comfort.
Three concepts, three distinctive urban locations
Nova City will be developed on Kertész utca, in the inner part of Budapest’s 7th District. The 50-unit project combines the energy of central city living with the latest smart home and building technologies. Despite its inner-city location, the development will also include an underground car park, offering additional convenience for future residents.
Yara Residence, also located in the 7th District, will take shape on Klauzál utca. The 75-apartment project is defined by a dual architectural concept: the street-facing section will reconstruct a classical, heritage-style Budapest façade, while the rear building will offer clean-lined, contemporary living spaces. The development will also include a public-access parking level, contributing to the improvement of local parking infrastructure in the neighbourhood.
Luna Residence will be located on Reitter Ferenc utca, in one of Angyalföld’s most dynamically developing areas. The two-building development has been planned with a broad buyer profile in mind, offering flexible living options for different lifestyles — from compact apartments ideal for first-time homeowners to larger, family-oriented homes.
