Construction Progress Highlights
Our 9,352 m² leasable facility has main structural elements now in place:
- Roofing Complete: Trapezoidal roof panels have been fully installed, providing weatherproof protection for the structure
- Insulation Systems Finalized: Both thermal and waterproofing works have been completed to the highest standards
- Building Envelope Secured: Sandwich wall panels are now positioned, fully enclosing the building structure
With the building “shell” now complete, our construction teams have successfully transitioned focus to the final interior mechanical and electrical installations, which are approaching completion. All works remain on schedule according to our original construction timeline, ensuring timely delivery for prospective tenants.
