It means that every development we deliver — logistics, residential, or retail — leaves the surrounding environment better than we found it, creating spaces where communities can genuinely thrive long-term.
As part of our Faedra CARE initiative, we recently partnered with the Salva Vita Foundation, an organisation that has spent nearly three decades creating meaningful employment for people with disabilities or reduced work capacity, and supporting their full participation in society.
The first outcome of that partnership is simple and tangible: two handcrafted bird feeders, installed among the newly planted trees at Faedra Business Park. Designed and built by the Foundation’s young colleagues, they are a quiet but considered addition to the site — one we hope will grow in significance as the park’s green surroundings mature. Robins, tits, blackbirds, and perhaps even the European green woodpecker, a species occasionally seen in the area, may all find their way here in time.
We’re grateful to the Salva Vita team and their young colleagues for the care, creativity, and enthusiasm they brought to this collaboration.
