The successful exit transaction of our Szigetszentmiklós project has been completed as planned, where we sold our greenfield modern warehouse facility according to our strategy.
We have handed over Faedra Park
We have successfully completed the implementation of our industrial-logistics project named Faedra Park, simultaneously initiating the preparation of the occupancy permit. Our modern building in Szigetszentmiklós has been equipped with solar panels, LED lighting, and electric chargers, all in line with sustainability principles. The handover of the building to tenants has begun.
Successful Fund Raise for the new Faedra22 Logistics Project
With the assistance of Concorde Értékpapír Zrt., our group of companies successfully raised fresh capital through investment certificates for our latest industrial-logistics development, Faedra22. We have initiated the allocation of institutional, private, and equity capital for the land acquisition and preparatory work of the project. Construction is expected to commence in March.
