Our Kuchma Street development was completed on time and the delivery of the apartments has started. When the complex is completed, the new owners will also have an internal garden with a playground and a separate green area with benches. An underground garage has been built under the building, and the penthouse level has been completed with large terraces.
In parallel with the preparatory works of our latest residential development, MARA Residence, the pre-sale of the project has started.
