With the assistance of Concorde Értékpapír Zrt., our group of companies successfully raised fresh capital through investment certificates for our latest industrial-logistics development, Faedra22. We have initiated the allocation of institutional, private, and equity capital for the land acquisition and preparatory work of the project. Construction is expected to commence in March.
In parallel with the preparatory works of our latest residential development, MARA Residence, the pre-sale of the project has started.
