With the assistance of Concorde Értékpapír Zrt., our group of companies successfully raised fresh capital through investment certificates for our latest industrial-logistics development, Faedra22. We have initiated the allocation of institutional, private, and equity capital for the land acquisition and preparatory work of the project. Construction is expected to commence in March.
Hungarian-owned real estate development group, Faedra Group, has reached an important milestone in the implementation of its international expansion strategy. In July 2026, the company has opened its first office in Poland, headquartered in Warsaw, marking the first significant chapter of its international expansion through the establishment of Faedra Group Polska.
